I was leading a research project to help an organisation identify their working culture. This involved research across their global organisation of 6 offices in Europe and USA. We did interviews from all levels of the organisation, introduced tools for how to talk about culture and ran workshops with management and staff.

DIGITALISING OF GLOBAL WORKSHOP PROCESSES - I was responsible for leading and implementing design thinking within the program.
