Challenge for the customer
The Swedish Tax Agency is one of the most visited sites in Sweden, with over 40 million visits each year. They strict requirements on meeting web standards and service demands from citizens. Todays’ users are adapting fast to the evolvement of mobile devices and create new patterns of using the web. Skatteverket also has big responsibility of continuous development of their services so to meet needs and demands from the citizens.
Approach
To support the business goals of The Swedish Tax Agency there were many contributing projects where I was involved as a UX Lead.
One of the biggest digital impact for the agency was the implementation of a new responsive web and new graphical profile. I led the work regarding new information architecture, coaching web editors in their work of new page layouts and information design, detailing of requirements as well as user testing.
To succeed the agency needed a holistic approach of their service offer. In that sense I led several service design projects which included user research activities and workshops. I facilitated ideating sessions for new solutions and create a path towards action and implementation.
