Customers challenge
Trafikförsäkringsföreningen is an organisation for cooperation between Sweden’s motor insurance companies. TFF needed to advance on the digital market and more efficient reach out and communicate with their customers. TFFs message needed to be clear and easy accessibility a high demand.
Approach
I had the overall responsibility of research and design for TFFs web portal. As the UX lead I carried out stakeholder interviews, user need analysis and impact mapping. I formed a solid interaction and communication concept. During the agile development I continued with detailed flows and interactions while continuously doing user testing on prototypes.
